ZENITHRA has partnered with major international logistics companies such as FedEx, Shunfeng Express, DHL, UPS, and EMS to provide direct delivery services by working with local delivery companies. We are proud to offer a flat rate delivery service.
Delivery time is 5-10 business days. You will receive a shipping slip number within 24 hours of order confirmation, but the specific arrival date and time will depend on the logistics company and government processing.
Orders and payments are subject to review and approval prior to shipping, which may take several days. To prevent credit card fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or that require additional verification may be delayed or canceled.
Delivery Process
Since processing begins immediately after an order is received, changes (including shipping address changes) cannot be made after an order has been placed. We will only deliver to the address listed on the order, and will only charge the price of the items actually shipped and any applicable shipping fees and taxes.
A confirmation email will be sent after your order is shipped.
Shipping is only available on weekdays (excluding Saturdays and holidays).
Orders take an average of 1-2 business days to process. Some products may take longer (up to 10 days, especially before holidays), or popular products may require stock confirmation.
Orders for multiple items may be shipped separately due to different production sources and may arrive at different times.
Delivery Time
After shipment, delivery is expected to take 5-10 business days depending on the country/region. We cannot guarantee a specific arrival date.

Customs duties, taxes and other charges
International shipments may incur import taxes, fees and customs charges, which are the responsibility of the recipient; HOTEAR cannot predict or control these costs. If your package is refused and returned, you will be responsible for all import taxes and return shipping costs.
Since customs policies in different countries vary widely, we recommend that you contact your local customs office.
Lost, stolen or damaged
ZENITHRA is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. If you have not received your package even though the delivery status is indicated as “delivered,” please report or file a claim for compensation with the shipping company.
ZENITHRA uses the logistics tracking time stamp and delivery record of the shipping company as the basis for review, and claims for compensation that are not reported promptly may not be accepted.
Address Error Immunity
Buyer is responsible for verifying that the shipping address is correct. Once the order is confirmed, changes cannot be made. Once the shipping process has begun, address changes are not possible.
